Fly Smoke Shop offers local delivery only to the cities listed on our Delivery page, generally within an 18-mile radius of our Biloxi, MS location. All deliveries require the recipient to be 21 years of age or older and to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. If ID cannot be presented or verified, the delivery will be refused and returned.
